Alpenn Bags Return Policy

At Alpenn Bags, we are committed to providing you with products that enhance your travel experience. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 30-day refund policy, please contact us at info@alpenn.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that we often ship orders out in less than 24 hours and any cancellation request must be made before this time frame. Because of this fast processing time, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation is possible if your order is already in the processing phase. If you request to cancel your order and your order is not in the processing phase, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Policy:

We are confident that our products work, and we encourage you to try them first for 14 days minimum so you can experience the full benefits of Alpenn Bags. If you are still unhappy and wish to return the items, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are not considered in the event the customer:

1) Made a mistake when ordering the goods, for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.

2) Cancels the order after the purchase has been finalized and paid on the platform.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or send us an email directly at info@alpenn.com. To expedite your return, please provide us with your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address where you will be able to send the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the returned items arrive, we will inspect them to make sure they fit our return policy conditions. If your items pass this inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Received a damaged item:

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours upon delivery by emailing us at info@alpenn.com and include clear photos and/or videos of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery:

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

It is the customer's duty to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If the wrong address is submitted with your order and it has already entered the processing phase, we are unable to change the shipping details and you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund. Please send an email as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and new shipping address to ensure the highest chance that we will be able to accommodate the changes before your order is shipped.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use Alpenn Bags products, customers are indicating their acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
